With a Bachelor of Psychology and over a decade of experience in community services, Jessica brings both professional expertise and personal passion to her role at DLi. She began her career in youth support, spending five years as a support worker before transitioning into the disability sector – where she has truly found her calling.
Jessica has also worked in supported employment; a space she remains deeply passionate about. Her connection to this work is personal – her son has additional needs, which has shaped her into a stronger advocate and strengthened her commitment to inclusion and meaningful support.
Since joining DLi in 2022, Jessica says she has felt right at home and is genuinely grateful to work alongside such a dedicated and compassionate team. She brings a positive outlook to everything she does, believing strongly in the power of uplifting those around her – because if we can brighten someone’s day, we’ve done something meaningful.
