Mark Clayton is an accountant and corporate services specialist who has run professional service and business consultancy practices for many years and has also worked in the disability support area. Mark was appointed Interim Chief Executive in May 2026, having been a valued member of the Board for four years, including three years as Chair, and brings with him a strong understanding of DLi and our operations.

Mark is passionate about the community services sector, is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, holds a Master’s degree in Applied Social Science and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
